Shipping policy
Orders are typically shipped in 2 to 4 days. Expect 1 to 3 weeks for white glove service for larger paintings. Shipping rates are usually based on the weight and size of the mailing package. There are set shipping rates for commissioned work based on the size of the painting. Shipping rates do not apply to all products--some ship free. Note that we cannot control delays by shipping companies due to the weather.

Full payment is due before products are shipped. Whether you have ordered directly from The Tattered Artist's online shop or you have commissioned a work of art, payment will need to be verified before your product can be shipped. I am happy to offer you a layaway plan for higher priced products. All sales are final.
